PARTICIPATION IN THE FIRST DAY FESTIVAL/ GALA CONCERT IS A GUARANTEED COMBINATION INTO THE BEST PERFORMANCE DURING THE COMPETITIVE CONTEST CONFIRMATION DUE TO THE RESULTS OF THE FIRST SHOWS, IN ACCORDING TO THE CONSOLIDATED LEGISLATIVE DECISION OF THE CONTEST PROVIDERS AND THE JUDGES. THE JURY HAS THE RIGHT:
TO SHARE PRIZE AMONG PERFORMERS;
TO AWARD SPECIAL PRIZES TO TEACHERS FOR OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS;
TO MAKE A DECISION ABOUT PERFORMANCE WHICH EXCEEDS THE BOUNDS OF THE REGULATIONS;
THE JURY EVALUATES THE PARTICIPANTS ON POINT SYSTEM, THE FINAL RESULT IS MADE UP OF THE AVERAGE QUANTITY OF THE RECEIVED SCORES AND THE AVERAGE VALUE OF THE PROGRESS SCORES;
THE JURY’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND ARE NOT SUBJECT TO REVIEW.

1. COMPETITION/DANCE PROGRAMS AND GOLDEN PRIZE WINNERS 20,000 EURO
2.1. This events is Both competition and Danes by it's content , it is organized in two ways, presentation
Of cultural heritage and competition to professional groups who wish to present their Color full
Performance and all performing groups are welcomes to join.
2.2 The participants of the festival are folklore,Cultural, performing, Modern Dance, Acrobatic,
Drummer’s traditional group’s e.t.c, which present authentic, adapted or stylized folklore of their countries.
2.3 Every group prepares program for the Festival/Concert with the following duration for their performance.
- 1 х 30 minutes - for the festival concerts on the stage
- 1 х 2-5 minutes – performance for the official opening ceremony
- 1 х 2-5 minutes – performance for the official closing ceremony
- 3-5 minutes – for publicity performance during marching parades
- 1 х 10-12 minutes - for gala-concerts
2.4 There is no maximum number of participants in a group (including group leader, drivers,
attendant personnel etc.).
2.5 During the festival groups are considered to be at the festival organizers disposal and take
part in all festival arrangements.
2.5 In case of necessity foreign groups must obtain visa for entering Austria , they have to
Submit Application earlier for Invitation process. and get more information from Austria Embassy or
Consular closer to them
2.6 Foreign groups must have medical insurance policies for every member .
